Only what you send us. When you complete a form, that is your name and email address, and depending on the form, your location, phone number, organisation, what you are interested in, and your message.

Each submission is also stored with the time, the page it came from and basic technical information from your browser, which can include your IP address.

We do not run advertising or analytics on these sites and we set no tracking cookies.

To read your enquiry and reply, and to arrange a call if that would help. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list from a form submission.

Submissions are stored on a private server we operate, and we are notified when one arrives. We use a small number of service providers to host these sites and deliver those notifications, and they handle your details only to provide that service.

We do not pass your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiries while they remain useful to the conversation and to our records. Ask us and we will remove yours.

Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
